Receiving any Art and Designs from me is automatically that you agreed to this terms. If not, please return my designs or resale/trade it.

Don't use my art/designs for AI programming or be posted as N/F/T/S, Doing so will get you BLACKLISTED.

Remember, Art is not something you need to eat to survive! So please reconsider our decision before buying! Supporting an Artist is appreciated!

I always made payment through Kofi (it accepts paypal there too) or PayPal via invoice.

I do not take holds for art trades besides money Offer. It depends if certain posts is written that I do.

No refund once the art piece or transferring the character is sent.

Cancelling an offer before payment is fine as long as you communicate your reason. Ghosting me, on the other hand, will result in a block and putted on the BLACKLIST, and the inability to claim or own my future adopts.

To avoid any misunderstandings, I'll begin the transaction. Please refrain from sending payment until I've confirmed your commission or offer and explicitly asked for payment.

After payment for commercial usage, you'll receive a PNG file indicating the purchased character and your name as the buyer, confirming your commercial usage rights.

If you trade or gift a character, the commercial use rights are not transferred to the new owner. For more information, contact me on Discord: @YunieOriginal.

Vtuber, Series, Comic, Games, etc.

Can be reproduce in keychain, shirts, plushies, etc. And selling it monetary gain.

You CANNOT alter, modify, or use my work without my permission.

I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.

I may fully refund your payment if I decide to no longer work on your commission.

AI training is prohibited for all artwork I create for clients.

Once bought you own the OC and can do whatever you want within reason. (personal usage only!)

If you planned putting the characters on private, please put me on Authorization list, I want to keep track of my designs!

I allow co-owning as long you keep the ORIGINAL PROFILE on Toyhou.se.

When uploading my art and design, please credit me!

Don't resell for more than you originally paid for, unless extra art was added.

If it's a Closed species character. please read the species ToS!

DO NOT make twins, triplets, or more, as you're ripping off the Original Character. I do allow twins as long the other character Isn't the exact of the Original or some carbon copy.

Don't use my art/designs to promote bigotry (having racist/bigots villains is fine as long as it's clear it's a bad thing)

Dont use the images on merch unless you pay extra to do so (merch of the OC with your own art doesn't require paying extra, just my art specifically)
